BOCC Special Meeting

The Franklin County Board of County Commissioners will meet in Special Session on Thursday, February 1, 2024, at 3:00 p.m. (ET) in the county commission meeting room located at 34 Forbes Street, Apalachicola, Florida, for the following purpose:

Discussion and possible action regarding the Eastpoint Dredge Project.

Public participation is encouraged either by attending in person or virtually.  Information to participate virtually (Zoom) is on the meeting’s agenda (https://www.franklincountyflorida.com/resources/agendas-minutes/).

In accordance with Section 286.0105, Florida Statutes, any person who wishes to appeal a decision made by the Franklin County Board of County Commissioners, with respect to any matter considered at the meeting, must have a record of the proceedings. He or she may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made.
