The Contractor Services Division is responsible for the registration and disciplinary control of all contractors in Franklin County.

Certified Contractors are required to be registered in Franklin County annually and are required to submit insurance and current state certified license to this office. The fee amount is $50 per category for Franklin County residents and $150 for out of county residents.

Monday – Friday 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Closed 12:00 – 1:00 p.m. for lunch
